Ekpe
Arnold is currently Chairman of The Business Council for Africa and a Non Executive Director at Crown Agents Investment Management, an institutional and multi asset management firm based in London. Arnold has more than 30 years of financial services experience and previously held senior roles with leading international institutions including as CEO of Ecobank, Head of Corporate and Structured Finance at Citibank and Chairman of Atlas Mara.
Vikash Gupta
Vikash is the Co-founder and Managing Director of VAR Capital, an investment management and advisory firm. Prior to founding VAR Capital, he worked at Barclays, where he was part of the Key Clients and Family Offices team. He was also a member of the Investment Committee at Barclays Private Bank and previously worked at Booz & Company. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Terhas is the Managing Director & Founder of Brand Communications, a leading consultancy with a strong focus on African companies that are looking to grow beyond their borders. She has over 20 years’ experience in brand development and public relations management, working across Africa and the Commonwealth. She was listed in Holmes Report as one of the ‘Top 25 Innovators – EMEA’.

Reed
Dana is CEO of Nyansapo Impact Capital. Dana was the Founder & CEO of Pan African Investment Co. (PIC), a $30 million impact investment company for SMEs in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to founding PIC, she was a Managing Director at Semper Capital, a structured credit asset management company with $2 billion assets under management. She previously held roles as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
