How do I close my account?​
We're sorry to hear that you want to delete or close your account. To proceed with this request, we kindly ask you to follow the steps outlined below:

Log in to your account.

Navigate to the Help section.

Choose the "Close Account" option.

Send us a message requesting the closure of your account, and we will initiate the process accordingly.

Please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days for us to liquidate your investments and return the funds to your registered bank account.
​
Should you decide to reopen your account at any point in the future, you can easily do so by reaching out to us at hello@wealth-8.com or by initiating the registration process once again.
