New Fund – Introducing the JPMorgan Carbon Transition ETF 💥

We’re expanding our investment offering with an exciting range of new thematic funds managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management!

Starting off with a Carbon Transition ETF as we prepare for a low-carbon world with cleaner energy.

This brand new ETF is one of our social portfolios; so your investment choices can align with your values.

The JPCT is a diversified global equity ETF with over 400 holdings and invests in companies that are leading the way in the future transition to cleaner energy. Top holdings include companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Meta and Tesla to name a few.

It has also been designed to deliver at least a 30% reduction in carbon emissions compared to alternative ETFs. By investing in JPCT, you can invest in building a more sustainable future, while at the same time benefiting from investing in forward looking companies.

Why Climate Change?

Did you know climate change disproportionately impacts black and brown people and communities around the world? According to academic research by Friends of Earth, air pollution in the UK is concentrated in the 20% of the poorest neighbourhoods in England and areas with a greater proportion of black people.

By investing in funds such as JPCT, you can affect the impacts of climate change on people of colour in a positive way while still simultaneously achieving your financial goals. If you’re interested in more sustainable investment opportunities, this may be the fund for you.

How can I invest in this new fund?

If you’d like to invest in the JPCT ETF but haven’t got a Stocks & Shares ISA or GIA with Wealth8, why not open one today?

To explore this new fund, make sure you’re on the latest version of the app and after you’ve filled out your personal details and chosen between an account type, head to Theme > Social > Adventurous > JPMorgan Carbon Transition.

All investing should be regarded as longer term (at least 3-5 years). Before you invest, you should have a short-term cash supply for emergencies. The value of your investments can go up and down, and you may get back less than you invest.
